A Cooled Bhringraj Leaf Rinse
A handful of bhringraj leaves boiled in water, cooled, and poured over the hair as a last rinse. Do not drink it. It can tint very light hair. It is not a hair-growth medicine.

A rinse you pour, not a tea you drink
Simmer a handful of fresh bhringraj leaves in water, strain, and cool until lukewarm. After washing the hair, pour the liquid through as a last rinse. Leave it or rinse lightly with plain water. Do not drink this brew. It does not regrow a receding hairline and it does not treat thyroid, anaemia, or sudden bald patches.
It can stain clothes and may tint very light hair, so test a hidden strand. Keep it out of the eyes. Skip it on a broken or infected scalp. Patchy hair loss, a painful scalp, or hair coming out in clumps needs a doctor. Pregnant people can skip herbal rinses they have not used as ordinary food.
