Rice Flour, Coffee and Milk Mask for a Tired Face
Rice flour, a pinch of instant coffee and cool milk into a loose mask for ten to fifteen minutes. A light refresh; gentle on the rinse and not more than twice a week.

A tan-time refresher, used lightly
A dermatologist's summer pack of rice flour, coffee, milk and rose water went viral in 2026. The rice flour is a mild scrub, the coffee refreshes and the milk and rose water soothe. It may make skin look fresher for a day, but it does not remove tan or treat pigmentation.
Mix to a loose paste, apply a thin layer and rinse gently with cool water, without rubbing hard. Use it at most twice a week. Patch test first. Skip lemon in the mix on sensitive skin, and skip the whole mask on broken, sunburnt or very sensitive skin.

Frequently asked questions
Will this remove my tan?
- No. It may refresh the look of the skin, but tan fades with sun protection and time.
Can I add lemon?
- Lemon can sting and irritate, so it is better left out.
How often can I use it?
- Twice a week at most.
