Tulsi and Clove Warm Salt Gargle
Warm water infused with tulsi leaves and a clove, with a pinch of salt, gargled two or three times a day for a sore throat.

What to know about clove
Laung (clove) is strongly aromatic and slightly numbing, which is why it has a long history in toothache and throat remedies.
Warm salt-water gargles are one of the simplest, best-supported comforts for a sore throat. Tulsi and clove add aroma and a traditional soothing touch.
