Spearmint (Pudina) Tea as a Daily Cup
A cup or two of fresh spearmint tea a day, unsweetened. Not a treatment for PCOS, and not in pregnancy.

Important: this remedy is only a supportive home measure. Keep taking any medicine your doctor has prescribed, monitor your readings, and consult your doctor before adding anything new.
A cooling cup, with modest evidence
Spearmint is a sweet, mild mint, close to the pudina used in chutneys. A few small studies suggest that spearmint tea may lower male-type hormone levels a little in women with PCOS, but these were short and small, so it cannot be called a treatment. As a caffeine-free, unsweetened cup, it is an easy drink to add.
Steep a handful of fresh leaves in hot water for five minutes and have one or two cups a day. Skip it in pregnancy and while trying to conceive without asking your doctor, and ask if you have reflux, since mint can make it worse. PCOS needs a doctor's diagnosis and care for periods, weight and blood sugar.
