Amla Powder and Curd Pack for Summer Tan
Amla powder mixed with plain curd as a weekly pack for dull, tanned skin after sun exposure. Sunscreen comes first.

Why amla is used this way
Amla, the Indian gooseberry, is sour, astringent and rich in vitamin C. Ayurveda calls it cooling and uses it in chyawanprash, triphala, murabba and hair oils.
Amla is rich in vitamin C and curd contains lactic acid; together they make a mild, refreshing pack for skin that looks dull after time in the sun. It will not undo sun damage, which is why daily sunscreen matters.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add lemon?
- Not needed; lemon on skin can irritate and cause dark patches in the sun.

- Yes, it suits normal to oily skin.
Is amla powder as good as fresh amla?
