Cool Coriander Seed Compress on Closed Eyes After Screen Time
A soft cloth dipped in chilled coriander seed water, wrung out well and rested on closed eyelids for a few minutes, a cooling break for tired eyes.

Dhania in everyday Indian homes
Dhania (coriander) seeds and leaves are mild and cooling. Seed water is a traditional summer drink for heat and acidity, and fresh leaves go into chutneys.
Coriander is a classic cooling spice in Ayurveda. A cool compress on closed lids feels soothing after long screen time or a hot day; most of the effect comes from the coolness and rest. Nothing should go inside the eye.
