A Small Cup of Giloy and Amla Juice
Two tablespoons of giloy juice with amla juice in water, taken in the morning for a week during a seasonal change. Short courses only.

Important: this remedy is only a supportive home measure. Keep taking any medicine your doctor has prescribed, monitor your readings, and consult your doctor before adding anything new.
Why giloy is used this way
Giloy (guduchi) is a climbing vine whose stem is boiled into kadha. It became very popular after 2020, and doctors have since reported liver problems in some people taking it for long periods or in strong doses.
Giloy-amla juice is widely sold in India. It can be part of a short seasonal ritual, but giloy should not be taken daily for months without medical advice because of reports of liver injury.
