Mustard oil and camphor rub
A tiny piece of camphor is dissolved in warm mustard oil and rubbed on a stiff joint. The rub is external only. Do not use it on broken skin, near the eyes, or on small children.

A tiny camphor rub in mustard oil
Mustard oil is a strong kitchen oil, and camphor makes it sharper. Some homes dissolve a very small piece in warm oil and rub a few drops on a joint that feels stiff in cold weather. The piece of camphor must stay tiny. This is not a spoon of camphor and it is not a drink.
The rub is external only. Do not use it on broken skin, do not bring it near the eyes, and do not use it on small children. Keep the oil where a child cannot reach it. It does not cure joint pain.
