Overnight Triphala Soak Water
Half a teaspoon of triphala soaked overnight in water and sipped in the morning, a milder way to take it than a bedtime dose.

The Ayurvedic view of triphala
Triphala is a classic blend of three dried fruits: amla, haritaki and bibhitaki. It is best known as a gentle bowel and digestion support, taken in small amounts.
Some families prefer soaking triphala overnight and drinking the clear water in the morning, leaving behind some of the sediment. It is gentler on the tongue and stomach for beginners.

Does triphala cause dependence?
