A School Water Bottle Filled in the Morning
A filled, rinsed bottle in the school bag and a morning glass. A simple hydration habit.

A bottle that is already there
Many children drink too little at school simply because water is not at hand. A clean bottle filled in the morning and packed in the bag, plus a glass of water before leaving, makes drinking the default. It is a plain hydration habit and not a treatment for headache, tiredness or poor focus.
Wash the bottle each day, including the lid, and let it dry. Fill with plain boiled-and-cooled or filtered water. A small sip every hour is enough. Older children can take a larger bottle. Frequent thirst with frequent urination, or a child who refuses to drink at all, needs a paediatrician.
